Candy Brittle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham crackers
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 to 2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cover bottom of cookie sheet with at least a 1/2-inch side with plain graham crackers.
    Mix in pot the brown sugar and butter.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer for at least 5 minutes.
    Add pecans.
    Spread over crackers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Cut while warm.
    A pizza cutter does a good job. Try to fine the edges of the crackers first.
