Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
-
Sift together first 4 ingredients.
Add coconut and nuts. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 3 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
