Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 c. popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Boil brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes.
    Add soda.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Bake on greased cookie sheets 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Continue stirring every 15 minutes until cool.
