Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
3 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz. bag peanut butter, chocolate or butterscotch chips
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Combine flour and soda; set aside.
Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, pudding and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Add eggs. Gradually add flour mixture.
Add chips and nuts.
Remove from cookie sheet to rack; do not place on newspaper or towel to cool. This will remove moistness.
These cookies don't really brown on top.
