3 chicken breasts
1 tsp. each salt and black pepper
1 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 Tbsp. each, chopped garlic and ginger
1 onion
1 tomato
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Pita bread for sandwich
Tahina sauce
Preparation

Combine salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and vinegar in a big bowl with the chicken breasts and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
