Ingredients

1 lb. mixed candied fruit (colored pineapple is best)
1/2 c. flour
1 pinch salt
1 can coconut
2 c. chopped pecans
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation

Dredge fruit in flour.
Add salt, coconut and nuts.
Add milk and mix thoroughly.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in 275 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Store cooled cookies in airtight container about 5 days before serving.
Yields:
4 dozen.
