2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 (12 oz.) bags chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, shaved
3 c. nuts (any kind)
Preparation

Cream together the butter
and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Measure oatmeal, then take small amounts and blend in blender until powdery.
Add dry ingredients and oatmeal to creamed mixture.
Place golf ball size cookies on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
