Swiss Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 small onions, chopped
    8 slices crispy cooked and crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Make sauce of butter, flour and milk.
    When thickened, add 1 cup of the grated Swiss.
    In casserole dish layer broccoli, 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of onion, 1/2 bacon and 1/4 cup cheese.
    Repeat.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
