Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini (about 2 large)
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, ground (optional)
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Beat eggs in mixer until foamy.
    Beat in sugar, zucchini, oil and vanilla.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except sesame seed. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Sprinkle top with sesame seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/4 hours (until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean).
    Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
