Grouper Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen grouper bits, thaw almost completely
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. potato flakes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. minced onion flakes
    seasonings: parsley flakes and dried chives
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn (optional)
Preparation
    Gently heat milk with cans of soup.
    Add grouper bits and cook 10 minutes.
    Add potato flakes and other ingredients.
    Continue cooking gently another 8 minutes.
    Chill.
    At serving time, heat portions in individual bowls in the microwave oven.
