Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. oleo
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 (3.9 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat oleo and Crisco until creamy; gradually add sugars and pudding; mix well.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour and soda; gradually add to oleo mixture.
Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
