Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix together the butter, sugar, eggs, corn syrup, salt and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
Put pecans into a 9-inch pie shell. Pour the mixture over the pecans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
