Herb Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 recipe Butterey Bread Dough
1 to 2 tsp. dried basil leaves or dill weed
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Prepare dough as directed, adding basil and cheese with last addition of flour.
After kneading, shape dough into round shape. Place in well-greased 1-quart round casserole.
Turn dough over. Slash top with \"x\" in center.
Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
(Let dough rise only once.)
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Makes 1 round loaf.
