Zucchini Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Stove Top (don't mix Stove Top)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 lb. cut-up zucchini
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Steam zucchini until tender.
Drain.
Melt margarine.
Brown onion and pepper.
Mix with stuffing.
Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
