Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. self-rising flour
1/4 or 1/3 c. sugar as desired
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Combine milk and eggs and stir in oil.
Add liquid to dry ingredients.
Stir only enough to mix. Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
