Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 to 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add sugar, eggs and bananas.
Sift together flour and soda.
Add to banana mixture.
Stir just until flour is moistened.
Fold in nuts.
Pour batter in a greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
