Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. loose sausage
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Tear up 4 slices of bread.
    Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Brown and drain 1 pound sausage.
    Spoon sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese over sausage.
    Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over cheese, sausage and bread.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Other meats can be used (bacon, ham and hamburg).
