Ingredients

1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice
sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Freeze in small electric ice cream freezer or ice cube trays.
If using ice cube trays, partially freeze.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth and return to freezer.
Freeze until firm.
Serves 2.
