Beef Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green peppers
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 small tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. toasted bread crumbs
    1 tsp. oregano (level)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
    tomato juice
Preparation
    Cut tops off green peppers; take seeds out and wash in cold water.
    Drain.
    Brown hamburger with onions.
    Add tomatoes, bread crumbs, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and stuff peppers.
    Set peppers upright in a casserole dish; pour juice over tops of peppers.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Take out and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake 5 minutes more.
