Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 egg yolk
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add salt and sugar.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add flour and knead for 5 minutes.
    Form into 15 to 16 balls.
    Immediately roll dough balls between hands to form 16 to 18-inch strips.
    Do not let the dough raise at any time! Wrap into pretzel form.
    Combine egg yolk with 1 teaspoon of water.
    Brush onto pretzel top.
    Sprinkle with coarse salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
