Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. grated zucchini
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add squash and eggs.
    Blend well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Mix well scraping bowl.
    Add nuts if desired.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 small pans which have been greased and floured for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
