Microwave Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 to 6 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 c. cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Bring milk to a boil; add rice and cook until tender.
    Add raisins.
    Cook a minute or two longer.
    While rice is cooking, mix cream, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and salt together.
    Add cream mixture to rice and cook until boiling again but don't cook until it looks like it might be separating; stir every now and then. Remove from microwave and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Chill. It will thicken as it cools.
