Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
juice of 1 lemon and enough milk to make 1/2 c.
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together.
Beat well.
Sift together next 3 ingredients.
Add alternately to the first mixture with the lemon juice, milk and rind.
Pour mixture into a loaf pan.
Bake about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
