Banana Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    6 c. water
    1 (46 oz.) pineapple juice
    1 (46 oz.) orange juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    5 ripe bananas (blend bananas with 1 c. juice)
Preparation
    Combine sugar and water in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool.
    Add remaining ingredients to cooled sugar water in 5 quart container.
    Freeze in 2 or 3 equal containers.
    Remove several hours before serving (mixture should be slushy).
    Pour into punch bowl and add ginger ale in proportion to amount of frozen punch used.
