Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown rice syrup
    1/2 c. 2 parts canola oil and 1 part safflower oil
    3/4 c. applesauce
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini squash
    1 c. seedless raisins
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. wheat bran
    1/2 c. unhulled sesame seed
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together. Spread into 13 x 9-inch pan prepared with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
