Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cream-style corn
2 c. cornbread mix
2/3 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
1 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can jalapenos or green chilies, seeded and chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Blend well.
Pour into a
greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cornbread tests done. Texture will be moist but firm enough to cut.
