Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. raisins
3 drops lemon juice
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix the zucchini, pecans, raisins and lemon juice.
Set aside. Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and beat.
Fold in zucchini mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
