Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch or peanut butter chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Gradually beat in vanilla and suagr.
Fold in chips and nuts.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drop cookies by small teaspoonful on ungreased foil placed on cookie sheets.
Place in oven, close door, turn off oven.
Do not open door until next morning.
