Low-Fat Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves or ground ginger
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 eggs or equal amount egg substitute
    1/3 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, soda, nutmeg and cloves or ginger.
    Add pumpkin, milk, eggs or egg substitute and applesauce. Beat on low speed until blended, then on high for 2 minutes. Add remaining 1 cup flour and beat well.
    Stir in raisins. Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray.
    Pour batter in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
