Chicken Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole frying chicken
    2 cans green enchilada sauce
    2 or 3 small cans chopped green chilies
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 can cream of chicken soup (optional)
    2 cans black olives, chopped
    1 pkg. Colby cheese, grated
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil chicken for 30 minutes or until done.
    Bone and skin chicken and cut into pieces.
    In a large bowl mix enchilada sauce, chilies, olives, soup and chicken.
    In a casserole dish, put down a layer of tortillas.
    Pour on a layer of sauce and cover with both kinds of cheese.
    Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Turkey or ground beef can be substituted.
