Ingredients

1 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine butter, sugar and egg in large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until creamy.
Reduce speed to low; add flour, orange juice, vanilla and baking powder.
Beat until well mixed.
Divide dough into thirds; wrap in plastic food wrap.
Refrigerate until firm (2 to 3 hours).
