Zucchini-Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated squash, washed and unpeeled
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add sugar, then oil.
    Combine dry ingredients and add alternately to first mixture.
    Stir in raisins, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
    Makes two loaves.
