Cheddar Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8-inch) pie shells
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. chopped pimento
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. chopped ham
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Prick bottom of pie shells.
    Combine cheese and flour.
    Add eggs, milk, ham, pimento and seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Pour into shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife put in middle comes out clean.
