Sour Cream Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
5 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Beat together shortening, vanilla and sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add eggs to sugar mixture and beat together.
Alternately add dry ingredients and sour cream to the sugar mixture.
Roll out on floured surface and cut out cookies.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
