Shanghai Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 to 25 chicken wings, cut off tips
    1 c. water
    1 c. low-sodium soy sauce
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour over chicken wings in a shallow pan.
    Cover and marinate overnight.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
