Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream shortening and sugar together in mixing bowl.
Add bananas, baking soda and flour.
Mix well for 2 minutes.
Stir in nuts.
Pour in batter in greased loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until brown on the top.
