Scalloped Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, sliced
    onions, sliced
    parsley
    flour
    butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    milk
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and onions, sprinkling flour, salt, pepper and parsley between the layers along with dabs of butter until you have used all the potatoes and onions.
    (Slice what you think your family will eat.)
    Then pour milk over entire top, enough to cover the bottom layer.
    Use any size casserole dish that is microwave-safe.
    Microwave on High about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Cover with wax paper.
