Irish Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 c. mixed golden and seedless raisins
    1 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar with a spoon.
    Add eggs, milk and raisins (and optional caraway seed).
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until golden brown on top.
