Mom'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. crushed ripe bananas
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs, bananas and baking mix. Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
