Ingredients

1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. Hershey's mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (9 oz.) bag Hershey Kisses or Kisses with almonds; milk chocolate, unwrapped
Chocolate Drizzle (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Add flour to butter mixture; blend until smooth.
Stir in small chocolate chips.
Mold scant tablespoonful of dough around each unwrapped Kiss, covering completely.
Shape into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set.
Cool slightly; move from cookie sheet to wire rack.
Cool completely.
Prepare Chocolate Drizzle, if desired.
Drizzle over each cookie.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
