Mother'S Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 handfuls Post Toasties, hand crushed
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar a little at a time. Fold in flour, coconut, vanilla and Post Toasties.
    Drop onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until delicately brown.
    May add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
