Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. peeled zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Mix lightly, but well.
    Add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, baking powder, allspice and nutmeg; mix together.
    Divide batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
