Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. oil
1-3/4 c. sugar
2 cggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2-1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. zucchini (shredded, raw)
1/4 c. nuts
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream oleo or oil and sugar together.
Add egg, vanilla and sour milk, beat thoroughly.
Sift flour and dry ingredients.
Blend into other.
Spoon in pan 9x13x2-inch Pyrex.
Sprinkle chocolate chips (1/4 cup) and nuts.
Bake 45 minutes in 325 degree oven.
