Regina'S Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix all together.
If using a mixer, fold in raisins.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Check at 50 minutes.
Use a well-greased loaf pan.
Great for St.
Patrick's Day.
