Stuffed Tuna Salad Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium green peppers
3/4 c. cooked white rice
6 1/2 to 7 oz. can tuna
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1/2 c. finely crushed potato chips
Preparation

Prepare peppers.
Cook in salted water 5 minutes; drain. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
Have rice prepared.
Combine rice with tuna, celery, onions and pimento.
Blend in mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Toss together with other ingredients.
Spoon mixture into green pepper halves.
Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Place in baking dish.
Put about 1/3 cup water in baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 45 minutes.
