Blueberry-Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
    4 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Melt butter in boiling water.
    Add 1/2 cup orange juice and 3 tablespoons orange rind.
    Beat egg with sugar.
    Add mixed dry ingredients alternately with orange juice mixture.
    Fold in berries.
    Bake in buttered 1 1/2-quart loaf pan at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Turn out rack over foil.
    Spoon mixture of remaining 2 tablespoons orange juice, 1 teaspoon rind and the honey over hot loaf.
    Can be frozen.
