Crispy Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. diced processed cheese
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Cook the carrots in small amount of water until tender-crisp; drain.
    Put the carrots in a greased casserole.
    Dot with butter; stir in the onion.
    Sprinkle with cheese; top with chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves six to eight.
