Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water
1 slightly beaten egg
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine raisins and water.
Bring to boil and cool to room temperature.
Mix egg, sugar and oil.
Stir in raisins and water mixture. Add dry ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until done.
