Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. oil
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and pumpkin.
Sift flour, spices and salt together and add to egg mixture.
Mix water and oil in and fold in nuts.
Bake in 1/2 loaf pan or coffee can, greased and floured at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer.
Makes 4 (1/2 loaf) pans.
