Cheesy Banana Pepper Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large or 20 small banana peppers
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. 1869 biscuits
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Split peppers and remove seeds.
    Wash.
    Melt cheese.
    Mix cheese with rice; stuff each pepper with rice and cheese mix.
    Roll each biscuit very thin (1 biscuit for large pepper, 1/4 biscuit for small pepper).
    Wrap each up and place in greased baking dish. Pour tomatoes over and bake in 400\u00b0 oven until biscuit is flaky.
